Business performance, staff stability, and a reduction in legal disputes are essential for long-term stable development. This is closely linked to the company’s feng shui environment and the fortunes of senior management. To achieve ideal feng shui effects in the office environment, two main aspects need to be considered.
1。 Considering Office Feng Shui Layout:
1\ The entrance of the office (i.e., where you enter) should be located in a旺 (prosperous) feng shui direction and on the吉方 (auspicious side) of the building.
2\The boss’s desk must be placed in the best authoritative and helpful position, preferably against a wall.
3\Office decorations and figurines should not be randomly placed. In particular, feng shui wheels, fish tanks, and fountains require careful placement.
4\A square office is ideal. Abnormally long or short offices, or those with missing corners, are considered inauspicious.
2。 Considering Geographic Location:
1\Company location selection: It is best to choose a property that is currently in vogue for the office. If it’s not possible to select a property with an auspicious mountain direction, then choose one that allows for reasonable feng shui layout.
2\Consider the General Director’s office location: As the leader of the company, only by activating the leadership position can the enterprise develop. Therefore, the General Director’s office should be located in a position of authority or wealth within the building to facilitate business development and establish authority.
3\Consider the locations for senior management and business departments: The working areas of senior management and business departments must not be in the wealth-depleting directions or凶煞位 (unfavorable positions), as this could lead to employees disregarding orders, insubordination, lack of dedication, high turnover, internal conflicts, and thus hinder company development.
4\Financial Department: Placing the financial department in a position of wealth is ideal for business operations.
